Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics

Location: Shippensburg, PA

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8-hour Day Shift, 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience in treating a diverse patient population, including those with orthopedic conditions, vestibular disorders, work-related injuries, sports injuries, and pelvic health issues. New graduates are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and treatment modalities.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Meet a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Utilize double-booking for follow-up visits when appropriate.
• Float between Shippensburg and Chambersburg clinics as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• New grads are welcome to apply.
