ABR Employment Services is preparing for potential growth in the Schofield area, and we're building a pipeline of talented Recruiters who may be interested in joining our team as future opportunities become available.

As a Recruiter with ABR, you'll play a critical role in connecting talented job seekers with meaningful career opportunities. From sourcing candidates to extending job offers and guiding new hires through onboarding, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients.

No two days are the same. One day you may be networking in the community, the next interviewing candidates, coaching them for interviews, collaborating with clients, or celebrating a successful placement.

• Manage the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, screening, matching and placing qualified candidates.

• Build trusted relationships with candidates and clients by providing interview coaching, maintaining consistent communication, negotiating offers, and delivering an outstanding hiring experience.
• Develop talent pipelines using ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, community partnerships, referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies.
• Partner with local businesses to understand hiring needs and connect them with exceptional talent.
• Represent ABR in the community while promoting our mission of helping individuals and businesses succeed.

Highlights of Employment at ABR

Minimum starting salary: $57,000 annually plus commission.
Compensation for future openings may vary based on the position, relevant experience, and qualifications.

What We're Looking For

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or HR.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using ATS, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and recruiting technologies.
• Knowledge of EEO, ADA, and hiring best practices.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented professional who enjoys helping others succeed.
