Assignment Details
• Start/end: ASAP through December 2027
• Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 8:30a-7p; or 12-hour shifts, 6:30a-7p (7a start Thursdays)
• Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours; no call
• Setting: Large academic hospital; Level I Trauma Center
• Model: Medical direction; approximately 2:1 or 3:1 CRNA-to-anesthesiologist ratio
• Other anesthesia providers onsite
• EMR: Cerner
• Credentialing: 90 days; no temporary privileges
Clinical Details
• General anesthesia and MAC
• General surgery, orthopedics, trauma, plastics, neurosurgery, endoscopy, NORA, robotic surgery, gynecology, ENT, and thoracic cases
• Pediatrics ages 5+
• No cardiac, OB, or block cases
• Airway management
• Pre-anesthetic evaluation and post-operative assessment
• Develop and implement anesthetic plans
• Invasive monitoring and line placement
• Spinal anesthesia
• Ventilation and acute volume/BP management
Requirements
• NBCRNA certification required
• Active PA CRNA license required
• Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
• DEA not required
• Must be able to work independently within the medical-direction model
Compensation
• Rate negotiable, open to your number
