Assess patient conditions, triage effectively, and prioritize care delivery. Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions per protocols. Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements. Generate and act on performance metrics and care outcomes to meet department targets. Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses in electronic health records. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans. Monitor patient progress, elevate concerns, and coordinate timely discharges or transfers. Mentor and support junior staff and contribute to a culture of continuous learning. Engage with patients and families to provide clear information and compassionate care. Adhere to contract terms and on-site work expectations while maintaining flexibility in scheduling. Experience/Qualifications Current RN license and valid Emergency Room nursing certification. Minimum 2-3 years ER or acute care experience in high-volume settings. Advanced triage skills with ability to prioritize rapidly under pressure. Ability to administer medications, monitor adverse reactions, and adjust plans per protocol. Proficiency with electronic health records and documentation standards. Knowledge of infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance. Strong communication skills for patient, family, and interdisciplinary team interactions. Performance-driven mindset with ability to work toward department targets and metrics. Experience in mentoring junior staff and contributing to a learning culture. On-site, contract-based role with flexible scheduling and adherence to on-call expectations. What's in it for you?
