Compensation and Benefits $85,000 - $105,000 compensation range Monthly profit sharing opportunity Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) PTO Clinical autonomy Continuing education and professional growth opportunities Supportive private practice team environment Responsibilities What You Will Do As a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist at Mobility Fit, you will evaluate and treat patients with pelvic health and related orthopedic conditions, including: Pregnancy and postpartum concerns Urinary urgency, frequency, leakage, and bladder dysfunction Pelvic pain, hip pain, low back pain, SI joint pain, tailbone pain, abdominal pain, rectal pain, or perineal pain Diastasis recti, core weakness, pressure management, and return to exercise Pain with intercourse and other sexual dysfunction concerns Prolapse and post-surgical pelvic health needs Constipation and bowel-related pelvic floor dysfunction Patients who have not fully improved through traditional orthopedic care You will use your clinical reasoning to create individualized plans of care that may include internal and external pelvic floor assessment and treatment, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic exercise, patient education, movement retraining, and return-to-activity planning.
