12 hours nights | 7pm-7am | 36 hours/week | rotating weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical environment.
• Assess patient conditions and administer medications as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop patient care plans.
• Monitor and document patient's progress and response to treatments.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
