Project ManagerAustin, Texas, United StatesAbout The JobRequirements:Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on projects valued at over $50 million.Responsibilities:Build and maintain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.Review, monitor, and coordinate approvals for shop drawings and submittals.Develop schedules of values and obtain billing approval from the architect or owner.Collaborate with the onsite Superintendent to ensure contract conformance.Oversee the implementation of the companys Quality Control Program for the project.Prepare the project budget, manage change orders, and oversee cost control adjustments.Prepare and monitor all required project reports and logs.Coordinate and attend all project meetings and final walkthroughs.Supervise staff, set performance expectations, provide feedback, and identify training and development needs.Regular on-site presence.Perform other related duties as assigned.
