Production Technician - Encapsulation Calibre Manufacturing LLC - Marietta, GA Pay: $18-$20 per hour DOE Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday About the Role Calibre Manufacturing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Technician - Encapsulation to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll operate encapsulation machinery to support the manufacturing and packaging of high-quality products in a GMP-compliant facility. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate encapsulation machines according to SOPs Monitor and maintain machine performance for optimal efficiency Accurately weigh, package, and label finished products Complete required production documentation with attention to detail Conduct quality control checks throughout the process Wash, rinse, and sanitize machine bases after production cycles Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards in all tasks Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Perform minor machine troubleshooting and tuning Support other production-related duties as needed Qualifications Prior experience operating manufacturing equipment preferred Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude Basic knowledge of measurement tools (e.g., hand scales) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Willingness to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Training in cGMP or production procedures is a plus Why Join Us?
