Warehouse Associate

American Lumper Services is a growing nationwide warehouse management company currently seeking motivated individuals to assist our Conyers, GA, location with manual loading and unloading of containers. Duties will include, but are not limited to: sorting retail merchandise by store number, building, wrapping, and staging of pallets. Warehouse experience is preferred. Willing to train.

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)

Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store, break-down totes)

Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization

Report any discrepancies

Effective communication abilities, including writing, speaking, and active listening

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and organizational abilities

Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations

Other duties as assigned

What It Takes to Succeed

Comfortable working at a very fast pace with tight timelines and constant movement

OK doing repetitive tasks all shift (same core work, done quickly and accurately)

Able to consistently lift ~25 lbs and stay on your feet (standing, walking, bending, reaching)

Positive, team-first attitude; able to take direction and stay focused

Understand that when we're understaffed or busy, everyone works harder to meet goals

Schedule: M-F, 5pm to finish

Weekly pay: $17.00/hr.

PTO- (accrual starts from day 1, but can not use until day 90)

Requirements:

Must undergo a background check

Must be able to pass a drug test

Must possess basic reading and math skills

Must have an eye for detail

Must be able to lift 25+ lbs. consistently

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Frequently required to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl

Steel-toe shoes are mandatory

Must perform other duties as assigned

Must have reliable transportation
