Responsibilities (Based on Role & Experience): Operate, set up, program, and maintain CNC machines
Lead or support production teams in a manufacturing environment
Troubleshoot machining and production issues
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Support quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications: CNC machining, programming, engineering, or leadership experience
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
Strong attention to quality and safety
Leadership experience preferred for Group Lead and Team Lead roles
