We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Field Technicians to join our dynamic teams across various locations in Louisiana and Texas. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your IT expertise in a role that offers variety, challenge, and the satisfaction of making a significant impact on our clients' success. Our ideal candidates are tech-savvy problem solvers with a passion for customer service and a desire to continually learn and grow within the IT field.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional onsite and remote IT support, resolving new and escalated tickets efficiently.
Administer and support cloud solutions such as Office 365, Azure AD, and other apps.
Staging of hardware, including PCs, printers, networking equipment, phones, and specialized devices.
Perform hardware, software, and peripheral troubleshooting, including PCs, printers, networking equipment, phones, and specialized devices.
Manage Active Directory, group policies, network configurations (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and server administrations (Windows Server 2012 and above).
Implement and support networking technologies, including firewalls, switches, and APs.
Assist with project solutioning, implementation, and maintenance tasks, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
Travel to client sites as required, providing timely and effective solutions to technical problems.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (preferred).
3 to 5 years of experience in IT support, with a strong background in Azure AD, Intune, SharePoint Administration, VMWare, and Windows Server Environments.
Excellent technical troubleshooting skills across a variety of hardware and software.
Solid understanding of networking concepts and experience with networking hardware.
Solid understanding of VoIP concepts and experience with phone system programming and hardware.
Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Certifications such as A+, Network+, CCNA, Azure, or similar are highly regarded.
Ability to handle physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Clean driving record and reliable transportation for travel to client sites
