Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• Active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

• At least 4 years of recent professional experience in geriatric mental health counseling.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices related to mental well-being in older adults, including approaches to resilience and coping mechanisms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
