About the Role

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will manage the entire client journey—from initial outreach and relationship building to enrollment and ongoing client support.

You will connect with prospective clients through phone and virtual meetings, learn about their needs, educate them on available solutions, and guide them through the decision-making process with professionalism and care.

What You'll Do

Client Outreach & Relationship Building

• Connect with prospective clients through phone calls and virtual meetings

Needs Assessment & Client Education

• Conduct thorough discovery conversations to understand client needs and goals

Full-Cycle Sales Management

• Manage the sales process from initial contact through enrollment

• Maintain consistent communication with prospects and clients

• Follow up on opportunities and client inquiries

• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process

• Ensure a smooth and professional experience throughout the sales journey

Pipeline & Activity Management

• Maintain an organized pipeline of opportunities

• Track activities, follow-ups, and client interactions using CRM tools

Collaboration & Professional Growth

Your Earning Potential

This role offers strong performance-based earning potential. Top performers can expect to earn between $80,000 and $150,000 annually , with opportunities for increased earnings based on performance, consistency, and client growth.
