Key Responsibilities

• Client Evaluation and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that outline the goals and strategies for therapy.
• Therapeutic Services: Provide a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs, including individual counseling, couples therapy, and family sessions to address issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and trauma.
• Progress Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of client sessions, documenting progress toward therapeutic goals and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as psychologists and social workers, to coordinate care and refer clients to additional services as necessary.
• Confidentiality Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of client confidentiality and ethical practice in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The counselor will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. The emphasis on telehealth means that you will engage with clients who may find traditional in-person therapy intimidating or inaccessible. Our clients often include those struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, relationship conflicts, and life transitions.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Possession of a valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor.
• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated understanding of various therapeutic techniques and an ability to adapt practices to meet client needs.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a telehealth capacity, using virtual platforms for delivering therapeutic services.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and outcome measurement tools focused on mental health.
• Specialization in specific areas such as trauma recovery, child/adolescent therapy, or substance abuse counseling may be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
