Be the First to ApplyJob Identification 119842Job Category: OperationsLocations: 8109 Lawndale Ave., Skokie, IL, 60076, US (On-site)Job Schedule: Full timeExport-Controlled Data: This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such itemsCurrency Code: US DollarMinimum Pay: 25.00Maximum Pay: 31.00Responsibilities:Responsible for ensuring product conformity to blueprintInspect hardware using various inspection equipment, including calipers, micrometers, comparator, height gage, indicator, profilometer, hardness tester, etc.Review &/or manage calibration log & schedule for Inspection & Mfg areasReview work order for completion of operations and required documentationReview ERP (JD Edwards) system for required retained informationReview raw material certificates and ensure conformity to industry or internal standardsEnsure products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management systemInterface with internal departments to engage in activities that ensure continuous control over material, services and productsCreate and modify comparator overlaysDocument, investigate, & contain non-conforming materialOther duties as assigned.Qualifications:Education and Experience: Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or trainingExperience in metal forming preferredExtensive experience in calibration and GD&TComputer Skills: Microsoft Office, ERP & CAD experience preferredAbout Us:Compensation and Benefits: If a pay range is identified for this job, it is based on a good faith estimate at the time of this posting.
