Job PostingWhat you will get:Competitive hourly payPaid weeklyOpportunity for annual performance increase401K program with employer matchingRoom for growth and career advancementHealth insuranceDental & vision InsurancePaid life InsurancePaid short term disabilityPaid vacation and sick time11 paid holidaysHealth & Wellness ProgramsEmployee Discount ProgramsWhat you'll do:Safely operate rubber tire loader with competency and caution, and adhere to safety procedures and requirementsFeed plant, load trucks, stockpile materials, pushup stockpiles and maintain clean yard and roadwaysCommunicate on regular and continuous basis with field supervisor regarding assigned work to accomplish and specific instructionsUse hand tools such as wrenches, sockets, screwdriver, sledge hammer, and others as needed to accomplish daily tasks to maintain and/or repair equipmentPerform scheduled maintenance on assigned equipment (i.e., oil and filter changes, other equipment or motor repairs as necessary); notify supervisor of any deficiencies or repairs neededInspect equipment and maintain written log of all equipment-related deficienciesMaintain housekeeping of work site including trash pickup, keeping tools in order; proper storage of equipment at end of work dayPerform other duties as assigned or requiredWhat you'll need:Some experience requiredMust be 18 years of ageExcellent communication skillsWorking Conditions:Ability to work in all weather conditionsAbility to climb heights of 20 feet on a regular basisAbility to lift, carry, and/or pull 100 pounds on a regular basisAbility to work in dusty, loud noise environmentRequired to wear safety equipment including hard hat, safety glasses, goggles, steel toed boots, ear plugs, respirator, gloves and various other similar items as requiredArcosa Crushed Concrete is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
