Will ensure the success of projects from conceptualization to completion. These projects are both internal (technical and business process oriented) and external (consulting with state and federal governments).Defines, develops and manages project goals, governance, risk identification and mitigation, scope, work plan, schedule management, procedures, and staffing/resource requirements across multiple projects simultaneouslyEnsure that project activities are consistent with the project objectives and that objectives can be met with available resourcesTrack actual performance against planned project performance, analyze variances, and problem solve to ensure all needs, milestones, and schedules are metWork with project director to develop, complete and finalize all project deliverables according to project milestonesAssist in developing project proposals outlining deliverables, requirements, risks, assumptions, and project teams’ roles and responsibilitiesEnsures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.Assists in the development and modernization of an internal project management framework Consistently delivers high-quality servicesProvide strong leadership on audit engagements, effectively supervising staff to provide quality deliverables within the defined deadlinesAssist in completing project deliverables and manage flow of audits through required processProvide quality assurance reviews on audit and attestation working papers and reports completed by other team members, delivering timely feedbackPerform various assignments relating to Medicaid reimbursementProvide high level technical knowledge and training to staffMaintain security of and confidentiality of all protected health informationAdditional responsibilities as assignedPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience6 years’ of related experience3 years’ of supervisory experienceCertificationExperience managing related projects for State Medicaid Agencies and/or supporting the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services programs (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, etc.) Experience in gathering requirements, developing work plans, and developing project performance metrics Ability to prioritize conflicting demandsMust be able to work independently on projects and within a remote team environment Execute assigned projects within established deadlinesMaintain effective relationships with business stakeholders and team membersProficient with Microsoft Project or other related project management toolsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated and assertiveAbility to travel on occasion based on business and client needsPosting Date: 2026-07-22
