Come join our team. Purpose of Position Serve as a leadership resource within the Call Center, providing coaching, support, and oversight to Call Center Representatives. Ensure service excellence, monitor call quality, assist in training, and act as a liaison between call center team and management. Support the Credit Union's mission by driving continuous improvement, promoting product knowledge, and delivering outstanding member service. Minimum Formal Education: High School Diploma required, Associate's Degree preferred. Experience: Two to three years call center experience is highly preferred Two to three years of interacting with a member in person and on the phone is required. Other Requirements: Must be bondable and possess a working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office or similar software. Must possess strong communication, customer service and sales skills. *Sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position.
