Ensure orders are taken and delivered in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner with a smile. Resolve guest complaints quickly and to the guest's satisfaction. Assist with profit and loss management by maintaining inventory and managing labor costs while ensuring all policies and procedures are followed according to standards.
