Role Overview: The RN Weekender in the Cardiac Neuro ICU provides professional nursing care, assessing patient conditions, recognizing changes, planning and evaluating treatments, and documenting observations. They delegate tasks appropriately, collaborate as part of a team, and ensure compliance with hospital policies and state regulations.
