Concho Hearts Hospice is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide hospice care in the Carrollton and surrounding area. The role involves visiting patients in homes or facilities, coordinating with the hospice team, and handling admissions and recertifications with documentation on a tablet. Full-Time and PRN opportunities are available.
