Job Overview Sleep DSP (Direct Support Professional) position at Devereux New York located in Kingston, NY. Responsibilities Assist individuals in daily activities, including health and personal management, goal achievement, and household living. Maintain a safe and therapeutic treatment environment that meets physical, emotional, and personal needs of participants. Respond to the needs of residents during overnight shifts, ensuring timely support when required. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred. One year of experience preferred. Valid New York Driver’s License. Flexibility, patience, energy, creativity, and a sense of humor. Strong passion for working with children and adults with special needs. Location & Compensation Location: Boulevard IRA, Kingston, NY. Salary: $16.00–$18.00 per hour, commensurate with education and experience.
