A Service Advisor is the primary point of contact for customers at the dealership. Greets customers, listens to their vehicle concerns, explaining necessary repairs, providing cost estimates, scheduling service appointments, communicating with the technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the repair process; essentially acting as a liaison between the customer and the service department by managing repair orders, addressing questions and advocating for the customer's needs while also potentially upselling additional services.Customer Service: Listen to customer concerns, answer questions, get feed back and ensure customer satisfactionCommucication: Understand customer problems and commuincat them to the technicianSales: Sell additional products or services to customersAutomotive Knowledge: Order parts, look over documention, and comunicate with technicianTime management: Manage time effectively and follow directions #J-18808-Ljbffr
