Corporate Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Edison, NJ

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (based on experience)

Staff Management Group is a growing staffing organization specializing in providing workforce solutions to light industrial, warehouse, and manufacturing clients throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our team and support our continued growth by attracting and hiring top talent across our organization.

The Corporate Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for internal positions, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate communication, and partnering with hiring managers to identify and secure qualified candidates. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting through offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels
• Review resumes, conduct phone/video screenings, and coordinate interviews
• Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics
• Assist with employer branding and recruitment initiatives
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Support hiring for corporate, operational, administrative, and leadership positions
• Ensure all recruiting activities follow company policies and best practices

• 3+ years of recruiting experience preferred
• Experience with corporate recruiting, staffing agency recruiting, or high-volume hiring
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms preferred
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
