Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Rate: Based on proven experience
- Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours a week

Core Responsibilities
- Installation: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, distribution panels, transformers, switchboards, controls and lighting fixtures.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret complex electrical schematics, construction drawings, and blueprints to layout raceways and circuits accurately.
- Conduit Bending: Cut, bend, and route conduit such as EMT, IMC and Rigid up to 4” diameter using both hand and mechanical benders.
- System Testing: Troubleshoot, test, and terminate high and low-voltage control systems, panels, and electrical components safely.
- Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with other on-site construction trades (MEP) to prevent field conflicts and ensure seamless production.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance, leadership, and safety instruction to apprentices and lower-level crew members.
Position Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of dedicated experience in Manufacturing, Industrial and or commercial electrical construction.
- Code Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of current National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations and safety standards.
- Tools & Transport: Must possess a full set of personal hand tools, standard for the trade and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders/scaffolding, work at heights, and stand for extended periods.
Safety & PPE Compliance
Adherence to site safety standards is 100% mandatory for continued employment:
- ANSI-approved helmet-style hard hats with buckled chin straps.
- ANSI-approved safety glasses.
- Steel-capped or composite-toe safety work boots.
- ANSI-compliant high-visibility vest or shirt.
- Task-appropriate safety gloves worn at all times.
