Job Summary:

As a Sales Consultant at Bomnin Automotive, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers find the ideal pre-owned vehicle that suits their needs and budget. Your primary responsibilities include engaging with customers, showcasing our used vehicle inventory, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring a positive buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

• Warmly greet customers as they enter the dealership.
• Establish rapport and actively listen to understand customers' vehicle requirements and preferences.
• Provide detailed information on available used vehicle models, features, and conditions.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities.
• Address customer questions and concerns effectively.

Sales Process:

• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from vehicle selection to financing options.
• Collaborate with sales managers to negotiate terms and conditions that align with customer and dealership expectations.
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and documentation.
• Ensure accurate recording of customer information and sales activities in the dealership's customer management system.

Customer Satisfaction:

• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with their used vehicle purchase.
• Address any post-sale inquiries or issues professionally and promptly.
• Foster long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Sales Targets:

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the dealership.
• Pursue personal and professional growth by participating in training and development opportunities.

Compliance:

• Adhere to all dealership policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Maintain the highest level of ethics and integrity in all sales interactions.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist with dealership events, promotions, and initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends and new developments in used vehicle models.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to enhance sales strategies and processes.
