Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Remote – open to candidates in NC, TX, UT, CO, FL, AZ, NV, WA, OK, or OR About Our Client Our client is a growing B2B SaaS company building a brand-new sales development team. This is a chance to get in early, help shape the team, and follow a clear promotion path from SDR to Account Executive to Senior Account Executive. The Role As an SDR, your primary focus is generating Completed Demos (CDs) for the sales team, mostly through your own outbound prospecting. There are no assigned territories or account lists, so you'll have room to hunt. Primary KPI: 16 Completed Demos per month Outbound CDs: self-sourced through outbound prospecting (the main focus of the role) Inbound CDs: demos from inbound calls, web chat, and demo requests Activity mix: roughly 80% outbound / 20% inbound Ramp benchmark: hitting the 16-demo monthly quota within your first 90 days Compensation $60,000 base salary Per-demo commission for Outbound and Inbound CDs up to quota Uncapped accelerator for Outbound CDs beyond quota Bonus on first-year ARR from closed-won deals that originated from your demos Commissions paid monthly What Our Client Is Looking For Smart, driven, and resilient Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn) Coachable and motivated to grow into a closing role #J-18808-Ljbffr Broadreach Staffing
