Warehouse and Delivery Associate - Urgently hiring in Bend! Job Title: Warehouse and Delivery Associate Pay: $20.00 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Start Date: ASAP Looking for a supportive work environment that values work-life balance, collaboration, and professional growth? Join a team in Bend as a Warehouse and Delivery Associate and make an immediate impact! As a Warehouse and Delivery Associate, you'll play a dual rolehandling warehouse inventory, mixing paint products, and delivering orders directly to local customers with top-tier service. You'll work closely with the management team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences. What You'll Do As a Warehouse and Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering product orders accurately and on time while maintaining professional customer relationships.
- Mixing and tinting industrial paint, providing product expertise, and sharing safety/MSDS information.
- Receiving freight, stocking/rotating showroom inventory, and assisting with cycle counts.
- Processing customer orders received in person, via phone, or over email (including billing, quotes, and will-call orders).
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness, organization, and vehicle safety protocols.
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints with excellent service and problem-solving skills.
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience or RF scanner familiarity is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
- Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory data entry.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a collaborative, customer-focused attitude.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
