Tax Manager

Tax ManagerThe Tax Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant tax filings across all jurisdictions. This role manages federal, state, local, and industry-specific tax obligations while partnering with Finance, Accounting, Payroll, and external advisors to minimize tax risk and support strategic business initiatives. Working closely with the VP of Accounting and Finance leadership, the Tax Manager develops and maintains tax processes, monitors changes in tax laws and regulations, supports audits and regulatory examinations, provides guidance on tax implications for business operations and organizational growth, and prepares the Company's tax provisions. This position also identifies opportunities to improve tax efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and ensure compliance with all applicable reporting requirements. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong technical tax expertise, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting a growing, multi-state organization.
