Generate customer invoices for domestic and international shipments. Reconcile AP and AR accounts and assist with month-end close activities. Process payments, check requests, wire transfers, and weekly deposits. Maintain vendor and customer records, including W-9s and 1099 reporting. Research and resolve invoice, payment, purchase order, and account discrepancies. Manage expense reports, prepayments, intercompany charges, and sales/use tax records. Ensure accurate documentation, maintain accounting procedures, and support the accounting team as needed. Preferred Qualifications Of The Staff Accountat BA (Accounting, Finance, Bus.
