All previous perm employees of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a min of 3 months to qualify for a travel position. First-time travelers accepted 1 Yr EXP Needs experience in all X-ray procedures and in surgery running c-arms 4x10 Eves On call would be on a voluntary basis and would be appreciated but not required Must have WA license in hand Certs: ARRT R, BLS
