Multimedia Producer

The Multimedia Producer is responsible for overseeing the production and post-production of assigned media projects from planning through final delivery. This position requires a multifaceted producer who can manage fast-moving productions, coordinate people and resources, solve problems quickly, and keep projects moving under pressure. The Multimedia Producer must be fully focused on the success of each assigned project and must be able to effectively address obstacles that may delay, disrupt, or negatively affect production. This role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, adaptability, professionalism, and the ability to instill confidence in clients, crew members, guests, and other project stakeholders. Oversee assigned media projects through all stages of production and post-production. Coordinate production needs, schedules, crew communication, project logistics, client expectations, and delivery requirements. Work closely with the Lead Production Coordinator to carry out production assignments, project priorities, timelines, and operational direction. Ensure that assigned projects remain organized, professional, on schedule, and aligned with PMC’s standards. Communicate clearly with clients, guests, crew, editors, producers, and other team members throughout the production process. Support both live and recorded productions, including studio, field, remote, and post-production workflows as assigned. Identify problems early and take appropriate steps to resolve obstacles that may interfere with the successful completion of a project. Remain calm, focused, and effective during high-pressure situations, tight deadlines, production changes, and fast turnarounds. Adapt quickly to changing production needs, technical requirements, client requests, and workflow adjustments. Learn new systems, tools, workflows, and production methods as required by PMC. Help maintain a professional production environment that supports clear communication, accountability, and confidence. Represent PMC in a professional manner when working with clients, community members, guests, partners, and the public. Maintain awareness of project details, deadlines, deliverables, and expectations. Support post-production by coordinating edits, notes, approvals, file organization, media delivery, and final project completion. Perform other production, post-production, media, or operational duties as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr
