Brand Experience Lead

The Role We're hiring a Brand Experience Manager to own how the brand shows up in the world beyond the counter — events, activations, pop-ups, collaborations, launches, and the moments that make people feel something about P&B before they've ordered anything. The work is hands-on. You'll take a loose idea — a new café opening, a product launch, a neighborhood we want to show up in — and turn it into a fully produced experience: concept, run-of-show, vendors, staffing, collateral, and the follow-through afterward. You'll be on-site, sleeves rolled up, when it happens. You'll also build the partnership pipeline. Finding the brands worth collaborating with — and making the case for why they should want to be in a room with us — is part of the job, not a nice-to-have. Responsibilities Concept and produce brand events end to end: café openings, seasonal launches, tastings, collaborations, community activations, and pop-ups. Build run-of-shows, budgets, and timelines — and hold them. Source and manage vendors, partners, and on-site teams without needing oversight. Work with our design team to brief and deploy event collateral that meets the brand standard. Coordinate with café operations so events lift the locations rather than disrupt them. Capture what happened — content, attendance, sales lift — and feed it back into what we do next. Identify and pursue brand partnerships — coffee-adjacent, fashion, design, food, local makers — that fit the P&B world, and own the relationship from first email through co-produced activation. Build relationships with the people and organizations in DFW we want to be in the room with. Who you are 3–5 years producing events or experiential work — hospitality, retail, agency, or brand-side. You've owned events from concept through teardown, not just supported them. Detail-obsessed on logistics, but you understand the event exists to serve the brand, not the checklist. Calm under live-event pressure. Things go wrong; you've already got a plan B. Taste. You know the difference between an event that feels considered and one that feels rented. A working radar for which brands belong next to ours — and the persistence to get a reply from them. Curious about hospitality, coffee, food, and physical retail. You notice how good rooms are run.
