Ready to take the next step in your tax career? We're looking for a Senior Tax Associate who thrives on complex problem-solving, multi-state tax preparation, and building trusted client relationships.
In this role, you'll manage a variety of corporate and individual tax returns across multiple states and jurisdictions, while helping clients plan ahead, stay compliant, and minimize their tax liabilities.
Your success will be measured by your ability to deliver accurate, timely work, serve as a trusted advisor, and strengthen long-term client partnerships.

What You'll Do
- Prepare federal and state corporate tax returns across multiple jurisdictions
- Prepare income tax projections and identify planning opportunities
- Research and respond to tax notices
- Organize and analyze client financial information to ensure accurate reporting
- Identify and apply tax deductions and credits to minimize liabilities
- File tax returns electronically or on paper on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on tax liabilities and compliance best practices
- Stay current with IRS, state, and local tax laws to ensure full compliance
- Establish, maintain, and update client records
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
- 3-5 years of experience preparing corporate and individual tax returns
- Multi-state tax experience required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and UltraTax preferred
- Strong research skills and working knowledge of tax law and compliance
- High level of accuracy, detail orientation, and organization
- Excellent client communication and advisory skills
