Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $151,000.00/yr Additional compensation Annual Bonus Responsibilities Setting the direction for the U.S. Service Operations Team, aligning processes, and overseeing performance through the development and use of KPIs. Managing a team that responds to customer requests, determining the structure and resources needed to handle part orders, service quotations, scheduling, invoicing, and technical support. Leading customer relationship management efforts, communicating customer requirements internally, and providing innovative solutions to meet their needs. Qualifications Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or possess equivalent experience. Have 5+ years of management experience with a strong financial acumen to interpret data and understand its impact on performance. Demonstrate a sense of urgency with a bias for action and a desire to identify areas for improvement.
