**Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) All Shifts**
**Join our Care Team at The Springs of El Dorado** The Springs of El Dorado, a leading provider of senior living and healthcare services, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. As a CNA with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. **About The Role** As a CNA at The Springs of El Dorado, you will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of our licensed nurses and healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include: • **Providing direct patient care**, including assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming• **Monitoring vital signs** and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
• **Assisting with medical procedures**, such as administering medications and performing treatments
• **Maintaining a safe and clean environment**, including assisting with housekeeping and laundry duties
• **Communicating effectively** with residents, families, and healthcare team members **Requirements**• **Current CNA certification** in the state of Arkansas
• **High school diploma or equivalent**
