Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Excellence

Learn how to identify prospects, craft winning sales strategies, and market a full suite of Farmers Insurance products to individuals and businesses.

Client Relationship Mastery

Build lasting client relationships through trust, service, and tailored solutions.

Hands-On Business Development

Work alongside an agency owner to set goals, manage budgets, and track performance metrics.

Leadership Skills

Gain the tools to inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team.

Personalized Mentorship

Receive one-on-one coaching from a top-performing Farmers agency leader while completing a structured, industry-leading training program.

Operational & Compliance Expertise

Requirements

HIgh School diploma, or equivalent

Experience in sales, business development, or leadership roles highly recommended.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with clients and team members.

A goal-driven, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently.

A passion for helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most.

A General Lines insurance license in Texas (or willingness to obtain)
