Help Desk Technician (5846)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our client’s team in Kissimmee, FL. This is an onsite contract-to-hire position. SALARY: $22 – $26/hr (depending on experience). Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Requirements Deliver exceptional customer service while providing timely, professional, and courteous technical support Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDrive, and SharePoint Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory Support Microsoft Intune managed devices Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues Support Windows 11 desktops and laptops Manage user accounts, security groups, licenses, and multi-factor authentication in Microsoft Entra ID Support Microsoft Intune managed devices, including provisioning and troubleshooting Install, configure, and maintain software and workstation hardware Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding—including account setup, equipment deployment, and access management Support Tier 1 & 2 issues for HOA management platforms such as Vantaca, Caliber, Frontsteps, and CINC Systems Troubleshoot application access, permissions, and basic functionality issues Document support requests and resolutions accurately Maintain IT asset inventory and equipment records Support conference room technology, Microsoft Teams Rooms, printers, and mobile devices Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary Participate in after-hours or on-call support as needed Perform other duties as assigned We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr NextPath Workforce Solutions
