Pediatric Float Nurse - Help Kids Come Home Across Metroplex New Opportunity: Pediatric Float Nurse - Be the Bridge from Hospital to Home! THE POSITION

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex (travel required across the metro area) Open Roles: 1 Full-Time Day Float Nurse 1 Full-Time Night Float Nurse Schedule: 3, 12-hour shifts per week (full-time) Must be flexible and available 7 days/week No overtime permitted As a float nurse, you\'ll support hospital discharges and provide coverage in homes across the metroplex bringing care where it\'s needed most.

From infants to young adults, we support patients with needs such as trachs, ventilators, and g-tubes helping them live full lives at home, in school, and in their communities.

COMPENSATION

We offer competitive, transparent pay that reflects the meaningful work you do. Pay: Varies by shift, acuity, and assignment (including admissions and weekends), with opportunities to earn up to $34 per hour for LVNs and up to $47/hour for RNs Additional differentials available based on shift type and patient needs .

EXPERIENCE

Current Texas Nursing License, RN or LVN license that is in good standing Minimum of 3 year of pediatric nursing and home health experience required.
