As an Associate Relationship Manager based in Hanoi City, you will immerse yourself in a role that is as rewarding as it is varied. - Develop and nurture long-term relationships with both internal and external customers, including affiliates and partner banks, to support their business needs effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, create robust pipelines, close deals, and contribute towards achieving profit and KPI targets.
- Actively participate in strategic planning by following the direction set by the department or team and implementing continuous improvement cycles for assigned responsibilities.
- Strengthen alliances with partner banks through enhanced cooperation on various transactions, ensuring mutual benefit and shared success.
- Lead by example within your team by offering guidance, support, and sharing valuable experiences to foster collective achievement.
- Conduct day-to-day operational activities aimed at developing customer relationships while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
- Support departmental initiatives focused on increasing revenue opportunities and delivering exceptional service quality to customers.
- Ensure proper credit management practices are followed alongside rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, laws, and regulations to ensure best practices are consistently applied in all aspects of your work.
- A university degree majoring in Economics, Banking, Finance, Accounting or a related field is essential for this role as it provides the foundational knowledge required for effective relationship management.
- At least five years of experience as a Relationship Manager within the financial sector demonstrates your proven ability to manage client portfolios successfully.
- Excellent command of English—particularly in writing and reading—enables you to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders both locally and internationally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint ensures you can efficiently handle reporting tasks and presentations required for client meetings.
- Outstanding communication skills empower you to influence others positively while presenting products or negotiating terms with clients.
- A thorough understanding of current industry trends, financial products, relevant laws, and regulatory requirements allows you to offer informed advice at all times.
