Your main purpose is to ensure that clients understand how these arrangements function, assist them in designing and implementing their HRA plans effectively, and provide ongoing support as they navigate through various challenges or questions that may arise. Essentially, you'll serve as a crucial link between our company and our clients, offering guidance, problem-solving assistance, and building strong relationships to ensure their satisfaction and success with our services.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIESProvides expert support for users of HRASimple via chat, phone, and ticketsGuides clients on HRA details, plan design, and platform usageAids in HRA plan design and implementation for companiesProvides friendly, clear, and confident supportManages support requests efficientlyCollects and represents client feedback internallyBuilds relationships with company administratorsAssists small businesses with HRA implementationEnsures accuracy in data provided to administratorsSimplifies data explanation for client understandingMaintains regular and predictable attendanceConsistently demonstrates compliance with HIPAA regulations, professional conduct, and ethical practiceWorks to encourage and promote Company culture throughout the organizationOther duties as may be assignedTRAITSBarrier identification and problem-solvingUnderstanding complex enrollment processesRemaining calm in fast-paced environmentsConflict resolution and clear communicationNavigating multiple software platformsAnalyzing complex data setsOpen to new ideas and perspectivesQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Nursing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent experienceValid Driver’s LicensePreferred active Georgia License in Accident/Sickness/Life InsuranceTwo or more years broad-based business experience within health insurance or relevant industriesExperience in a sales-oriented environment is preferredCustomer service experience requiredStrong multitasking abilityProactive and positive problem-solverExcellent communication skillsTechnical proficiency in Excel and data managementPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Moderate to significant amount of stress in meeting deadlines and dealing with day-to-day responsibilities.
