Tenure-Track Assistant Professors in Theoretical/Computational Chemistry and Biochemistry

The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Florida State University seeks candidates for two tenure-track faculty positions at the rank of Assistant Professor in theoretical/computational chemistry and biochemistry. One position is open to all areas of theory and computation relevant to the chemical and biochemical sciences. The second position will focus on leveraging advances in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) for chemistry and biochemistry, broadly defined. Applications where AI/ML work is complemented by experimental validation are also encouraged.

The successful candidates will be expected to develop nationally and internationally recognized and externally funded research programs in addition to teaching undergraduate and graduate courses.
