If you love coffee, community, and being part of a supportive team, we’d love to meet you. What the Job Looks Like Our café can get busy, especially during weekends. The right person will be comfortable multi-tasking several responsibilities at once while maintaining a positive attitude and providing great customer service. Preparing espresso drinks and specialty coffee beverages Taking orders and operating our POS system Cash handling and accurate transactions Assisting with baked goods and ice cream desserts Maintaining a clean and organized café environment Creating a welcoming, hospitable experience for every guest Working together with teammates during busy rushes Requirements Minimum 1 year experience in a coffee shop, café, or restaurant environment Cash handling and POS experience required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask Strong customer service and hospitality skills Open availability including weekends Must be of legal age to sell beer and wine Reliable, positive attitude and team‑player mindset Who Thrives at Coffee Corral The people who do best here are those who: Enjoy staying busy and moving quickly during rushes Love interacting with customers and building community Take pride in hospitality and presentation of drinks and desserts Jump in to help teammates without being asked Don’t mind cleaning, prepping, and doing the little things that keep a café running smoothly If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, friendly environment where no two shifts are the same , Coffee Corral could be a great fit for you.
