Key Responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities
• Support nursing staff in monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Document patient care activities accurately using Point Click Care (PCC)

Requirements of the Certified Nursing Assistant

• Active CNA license in South Dakota
• Valid BLS certification
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
