About Holemaker Technology

Holemaker Technology is a rapidly growing manufacturer and supplier of specialist industrial cutting tools and portable drilling equipment. We supply distributors and industrial customers across North America from our Whitestown, Indiana distribution centre.

As our US business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team and support our day-to-day warehouse operations.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, friendly team where your contribution will make a real difference. As the business expands, there will be opportunities to develop your skills and take on additional responsibilities.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Warehouse Lead, the Warehouse Associate will support all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory management, kitting and general warehouse organisation.

The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining a clean, safe and well-organised warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive incoming deliveries and inspect goods for accuracy and condition.
• Put away stock into designated warehouse locations.
• Assemble product kits and promotional displays.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
• Prepare shipments with UPS, FedEx and freight carriers.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Work with the Warehouse Lead to improve warehouse organisation and efficiency.
• Support general warehouse activities as required.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Previous warehouse, shipping or distribution experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and dependable with excellent attendance.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in a small team environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
• Basic computer skills.
• Forklift experience is beneficial but not essential (training can be provided).

Compensation & Benefits

• $20.00 per hour
• Full-time position
• Monday-Friday - 8am - 5pm with 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
