Job Description Security Officer Patrol Ambassador in La Vista, NE , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security‑related incidents, and support access activities while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type : Full Time Pay Rate : $22.51 / Hour Job Schedule Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thu 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse areas, shipping and receiving zones, trailer yards, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter, with attention to unusual activity and/or security‑related concerns. Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and delivery drivers, helping to support site access protocols and directing individuals according to location procedures. Assist with investigating alarms, disturbances, and/or operational issues, helping to deter unauthorized activity while maintaining detailed and accurate incident records. Minimum Requirements Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
