As the Head of First Impressions , you'll be the first person our customers see when they visit or call our dealership. Your positive attitude, professionalism, and customer-first mindset will help create an exceptional experience from the very first interaction.

Work Schedule

• Part-Time Position
• Monday – Friday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Occasional Saturdays as needed
• Closed on Sundays

Requirements:

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and guests with a friendly, professional attitude
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Assist customers with basic questions and connect them with the right department
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area
• Support dealership teams with administrative tasks as needed
• Help create a positive and memorable customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive, outgoing personality
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous receptionist, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer and phone skills
