Shifts available: Monday-Friday; 7a-5p. Call can be optional, 6p-7a
Types of Cases: General, ortho, urology, ENT (some peds), vascular, thoracic
Supervision or independent: MD will be supervising about 3 out of the 5 days a week
Specific requirements/restrictions: Board Certifications Required; State License(s): NH- willing to look at someone with LOQ in hand for a quick IMLC turnaround due to start date; Certifications: ACLS, BLS; DEA Req'd?: yes; Years of Experience Req'd: 1
