Consulting Solutions Executive

Location: California (Must Reside in California) Position Summary We are seeking a Solutions Executive to drive new business growth by identifying, developing, and closing technology consulting engagements across enterprise clients. This individual will be responsible for selling strategic solutions including Data Modernization, Cloud Migration, Application Modernization, and Greenfield Software Development initiatives. The ideal candidate has a proven track record selling complex professional services and digital transformation projects, not solely staffing augmentation, maintenance support, or managed services engagements. Responsibilities Develop and grow relationships with enterprise customers throughout California. Identify, qualify, and close new consulting opportunities focused on: Data Modernization Application Development Application Modernization Digital Transformation AI and Data Platform Solutions Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution. Partner with solution architects, delivery leaders, and technical teams to create compelling client solutions. Develop account strategies to expand existing client relationships and secure net-new business. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of consulting and project-based opportunities. Present business cases and solution value propositions to executive-level stakeholders. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and identify expansion opportunities. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience selling technology consulting services or digital transformation solutions. Demonstrated success selling project-based engagements involving: Data Modernization Custom Application Development Application Modernization Experience managing complex sales cycles with enterprise clients. Strong executive presence and ability to engage CIOs, CTOs, VP Technology, and business stakeholders. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling Microsoft, AWS, or Google Cloud-related consulting services. Understanding of modern data platforms, cloud architecture, and software engineering practices. Background working for a technology consulting firm, systems integrator, or digital engineering organization. Existing relationships within California-based enterprise organizations.
