Responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating subcontractors, working with field superintendents, overseeing manpower allocation, handling change orders, reviewing takeoffs, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. This person will regularly interface with estimating teams, clients, and agencies such as FDOT while conducting job site visits as needed. The role requires balancing office and field responsibilities and may occasionally require weekend work based on project demands.
